Manage your Amazon FBA Shipping and Receiving Easily
Automation services (custom-programming) can integrate your Inventory Management System with your FBA Inventory at Amazon. You can track your Inventory in Seller Central, or we can bring the information to your desktop through custom programming using Amazon’s MWS Services.
Shipping Inventory to Amazon's Fulfillment Network
There are several steps as defined by Amazon to ship inventory to their fulfillment network. Once in the fulfillment network, a seller’s items can be used to fulfill orders on Amazon’s retail website or through other sales channels. Here are the recommended steps – which is a tedious process. Custom software, using the Amazon MWS APIs, can streamline and automate these tasks.
- Create a listing and convert it to FBA
- Create an Inbound Shipment Plan
- Prepare your items for shipping
- Create an Inbound Shipment in the Amazon FBA system
- Work with your Amazon-partnered carrier for shipment (optional)
- Send tracking info to Amazon
- Submit packing lists and carton content information
- Request shipping labels for your inbound shipment
- Request pallet labels or bills of lading
- Physically send the items to the Amazon Fulfillment Network
- Mark your shipments as “Shipped”

You can request previews of potential fulfillment orders that return estimated shipping fees and shipping dates based on shipping method. You can get detailed item-level, shipment-level, and order-level information for any existing fulfillment order. You can also return items to the fulfillment network that you fulfilled using this service. |

When you sign up to sell on Amazon, you’re automatically enrolled in FBA for free. If you decide to go that route, you’ll send inventory to Amazon fulfillment centers, and Amazon handle shipping, customer service, refunds, and returns for those products. You can track your FBA inventory in Seller Central.
